Regular registration applications received on or before December 16, 2025 will be approved before December 30, 2025.

Late registration applications received on or before February 17, 2026 will be approved before February 24, 2026.

Payment via check will be due within 10 business days of application approval.

We typically have approximately 100 poster/oral presentations and nearly 150 attending physicians, resident physicians, and medical students in attendance.

Abrazo Health has Emergency Medicine, Internal Medicine, General Surgery, and Family Medicine residency programs as well as Cardiology, Infectious Disease, and Vascular Surgery fellowships. Historically we have representation from each GME program as well as local medical schools such as Midwestern University, AT Stills University, the University of Arizona Phoenix, and Mayo Clinic.

Strategically located in the registration/food and beverage area to ensure participation of all the attendants.

Each exhibitor booth will include a table (approximately 5 ft x 2 ft) and enough chairs for the number of staff badges allocated to the booth.

1. The event schedule is tentative and subject to minor adjustments.

2. Booths must be clean following move-in, prior to breakfast time.

3. Exhibit staff is limited for each booth (see the Exhibit Booth Packages section).

4. The exhibit area will be open to all attendees. Abrazo and the meeting venue shall not be held responsible for any loss or damage to exhibitor property.

5. Cancelations will be accepted in writing until February 24th. A full refund minus a process charge of $100 will be granted.

6. Subletting of exhibit space is prohibited. Sharing is only allowed within divisions of the same company.

7. Abrazo Research Day reserves the right to reject any exhibit application; to reject, prohibit, restrict, or otherwise require modification of any exhibit; and to evict any exhibitor whose conduct or materials are objectionable to Abrazo Research Day for any reason.

8. Canvassing or distribution of advertising material outside of an exhibitor’s booth is prohibited.
